Kupydo Channel Rules

Effective Date: December 15, 2025

These Channel Rules apply to all users participating in channels on the Kupydo platform. By using any channel on Kupydo, you agree to follow these rules.

1. General Conduct

Respect Others

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect
  • No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
  • Respect different opinions and backgrounds
  • Use appropriate language for all age groups

Stay On Topic

  • Keep discussions relevant to the channel's purpose
  • Follow any specific rules set by channel owners
  • Respect the channel's intended audience and content type

2. Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or discuss:

  • Illegal Content: Anything that violates local, state, or federal laws
  • Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult themes
  • Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or other protected characteristics
  • Spam: Repetitive messages, excessive self-promotion, or irrelevant links
  • Personal Information: Sharing your own or others' private information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
  • Scams or Fraud: Deceptive schemes, fake giveaways, or financial fraud

3. Channel-Specific Rules

Free Channels

  • Open to all Registered Users and Jolt Members
  • Follow general community guidelines
  • Channel owners may set additional reasonable rules

Paid Channels

  • Access limited to paying subscribers
  • Channel owners set pricing and access terms
  • Refund policies are determined by individual channel owners
  • All Kupydo Channel Rules still apply regardless of payment

4. Channel Owner Responsibilities

Channel owners must:

  • Clearly state channel rules and expectations
  • Moderate content appropriately
  • Report serious violations to Kupydo staff
  • Ensure channel content complies with these rules
  • Handle subscriber disputes fairly and promptly

5. Consequences for Rule Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, consequences may include:

  • Warning: Official notice about rule violation
  • Temporary Suspension: Limited access to channels for a set period
  • Channel Removal: Permanent removal from specific channels
  • Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of platform access
  • Account Termination: Permanent ban from Kupydo

6. Reporting Violations

To report rule violations:

  • Use the "Report" button within any channel
  • Email our support team at legal@kupydo.com
  • Provide specific details about the violation
  • Include screenshots or other evidence when possible

7. Platform Rights

Kupydo reserves the right to:

  • Monitor channel content for safety and compliance
  • Remove content that violates these rules
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts
  • Modify these rules with reasonable notice
  • Take legal action when necessary

8. Age Requirements

  • Users must be 13 years or older to participate in channels
  • Users under 18 should have parental permission
  • Some channels may have higher age restrictions as set by channel owners

9. Privacy and Safety

  • Never share personal contact information in public channels
  • Be cautious about private communications with other users
  • Report any suspicious behavior immediately
  • Parents should monitor their children's channel participation

10. Updates to Channel Rules

These rules may be updated periodically. Continued use of Kupydo channels indicates acceptance of any rule changes. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform.
